Return Policy
Return is only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects only.
If you receive the goods broken, please take a picture of the item & its package to open an investigation with the shipping company so we could compensate you. The company will take care of the shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return due to manufacturing defects, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
The customer must report the case within 48 hours of receiving the products.
All products can be returned and fully refunded within 14 days from the date of purchase if the customer opens a ticket by sending us on info@almonaoxford.com.
Items on sale can only be replaced and not refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will refund the same payment you paid with. If the refund is in cash, additional fees may apply.
